"I had worked with several REALTORS in my lifetime before meeting Cheryl Bateman in Miramar Beach, Florida in the winter of 2019 and 2020. She redefined for me what a "great REALTOR" is. She was the hardest-working REALTOR I had ever met, but more importantly, she was the smartest REALTOR I had ever met. I was impressed with her knowledge of the Sandestin market and her commitment to me. Some people would say I can be quite demanding, but Cheryl was unfazed, she just kept working at it till she found me a place. A couple of years later I decided I wanted to live further south in Florida. So, of course, I asked Cheryl to represent me once again by selling my place in Sandestin. And once again I was very happy with the outcome. Cheryl, on the other hand, literally rolled up her sleeves and helped get things done. We were out-of-town owners and she took care of all the details, including finding and meeting with all the subs who were required to make the repairs from the inspection, as well as orchestrating or meeting with all the subs for painting, floor replacement, pavers, roofing, etc for the home we were purchasing. Some of our Wayfair deliveries arrived early at the home we were purchasing (owners were not happy) so she and her husband took their truck, loaded up, and stored the furniture until our closing date. Cheryl goes way above and beyond what one would normally expect from an agent. She is our Agent for life in Miramar Beach!"
