About Johanna Bolick

I had worked with several REALTORS in my lifetime before meeting Cheryl Bateman in Miramar Beach, Florida in the winter of 2019 and 2020. She redefined for me what a "great REALTOR" is. She was the hardest-working REALTOR I had ever met, but more importantly, she was the smartest REALTOR I had ever met. I was impressed with her knowledge of the Sandestin market and her commitment to me. Some people would say I can be quite demanding, but Cheryl was unfazed, she just kept working at it till she found me a place. A couple of years later I decided I wanted to live further south in Florida. So, of course, I asked Cheryl to represent me once again by sel...

Cheryl Bateman was our real estate agent for the sale of our condo in Sandestin. Cheryl exceeded all of our expectations and provided more services than we could have imagined. Her unique knowledge of the properties in the Sandestin Resort makes her invaluable in understanding the value-add of specific upgrades before the sale and setting an aggressive asking price when it's time to go to market. Her years of experience in the industry have given Cheryl insights into all types of strategies for marketing your property. From staging an open house to maximize that first impression to professional photographs posted to various websites to virtual tours...

Mary-Jane and I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you! When MaryJane and I were trying to decide whether to sell our home or not, we were very nervous and had many questions that we needed answers to and assurance so we would be comfortable that we were doing the right thing. What was a realistic asking price in the current market? How should we Prepare and Stage our home for REALTORS? What is our home needs our attention and repairs before holding an open house, and client walkthroughs? What would be a realistic estimated time on the Market? How should we screen sales offers to make sure they are valid and not an emotional waste of our time...

I have bought and sold a lot of homes in my life, but I have never encountered an agent like Cheryl. Most listing agents just publish their listing, show the property and collect their check. Cheryl, on the other hand, literally rolled up her sleeves and helped get things done. We were out-of-town owners and she took care of all the details, including finding and meeting with all the subs who were required to make the repairs from the inspection, as well as orchestrating or meeting with all the subs for painting, floor replacement, pavers, roofing, etc for the home we were purchasing. Some of our Wayfair deliveries arrived early at the home we were ...

Cheryl is the best! From the moment we contacted her on a property inquiry the next two months through closing, Cheryl was a workhorse! We felt she was our full-service concierge” going above and beyond. Her knowledge and expertise impressed us immediately. To this day, almost 2 months post-closing, she is still helping us with referrals, connecting us to all things Sandestin. Cheryl treated us like family from the beginning. Having spent many hours with her, I learned quickly she was busy with other clients besides myself with a varied range of price point properties. Throughout our entire process, we felt she treated us as her number 1 priority, 1...

Cheryl helped us buy a condo in Sandestin without us having ever been there. We got a wild idea to purchase a condo in the Destin area for investment reasons and Cheryl presented us only with condos that were a great fit for us, our kids, and our financial goals. She showed us properties via Skype and presented us with a pocket listing via photos only and we bought it sight unseen because we trusted her 100%. The offer was submitted the day before the listing went live while my husband was on an airplane, we trust her that much. We would purchase in the Destin area only with Cheryl again - and are already looking for property #2 with her. We cannot ...
